Birchwood Mortgages Ltd (BML) is a Regulated Mortgage Provider. BML is a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldentree Financial Services PLC - www.goldentreefs.co.uk. BML is based in Birchwood Warrington and we specialise in short term self build mortgages all over mainland UK. We can also lend to clients who are buying, building, renovating their own property or who may want to release capital. We can lend amounts between £100k and £1m, usually for periods no longer than 12 months.
